Dwayne is the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. He is also a member of the board of the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director for Pastoral Care for the network. He is passionate about educating the future generation of Biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of several articles on the internet and also contributes in Christ-Centered biblical counseling changing lives by embracing God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three kids.
