David Muir was born in the US and is an American journalist. His ABC News program World News Tonight, with David Muir has been a hit for many years. He is also known for his Emmy-nominated program Made In America. Prior to his appointment as anchor of ABC World News Tonight he was the anchor in charge for the anchor who was his former anchor Diane Sawyer.
