David-Muir

David Muir (born August 25, 1949) is a famous American anchor, journalist and reporter. Most well-known is for World News Tonight. One of the most watched newscasts in America is his program featuring dramatic video clips and animated gestures. He is also known for his Emmy-nominated show Made In America. Prior to taking over ABC World News Tonight he was the anchor in charge for the anchor who was his former anchor Diane Sawyer. He was the anchor for numerous primetime specials for ABC News some recent ones include Breaking Point: Heroin in America and Flashpoint The Refugee Crisis in America. He's traveled the world, reporting on news from Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti & the Gulf of Mexico. He has been awarded multiple Emmy Awards Edward R. Murrow Awards as well as honors from the Associated Press.
